Corporation History:
Sani Plant Co. , was founded
in 1973 by Engineer Jesús A. Dávila Ortiz after a successful career as Vice-President of Betteroads of Puerto Rico. Betteroads one of the Empresas Diaz conglomerate of companies, has been the leading paving company in the
Puerto Rico & Caribbean market for over forty years.
In its early years Sani
Plant started as a small manufacturing operation of prefabricated concrete septic tanks for the treatment of residential wastewaters
and eventually developed its self-manufactured products such as: Wastewater treatment
plants, holding and distribution tanks and grease traps to further service residential communities and the emerging industrial
market.
Today, Sani Plant has evolved
into one of the most recognized environmental organizations in the Puerto Rico
construction and industrial market, particularly in the area of wastewater treatment and recently in the solid waste disposal
field. By diversifying its product portfolio with a wider selection of equipment,
Sani Plant has become distributor for over 30 international manufacturing companies while supporting its sale with technical
advise, installation and maintenance service to comply with applicable environmental regulations.
